Lightweight concrete deck repair.

After putting the sheating and flashing, we were ready for the hot tar and paper membrane. The hot mop will prevent moisture from penetrating into the wood sheathing and framing.

Tromler Construction was on a tight schedule and did not get a chance to show final pictures of the concrete. We will by back to this unit for some touch-up painting, we should be able to get some final picture at that time.

Another Wood Fence Completed

Tromler Construction finished up another fence today, a dog eared redwood fence. The old fence was dangerous and an eye sore, so a clean fresh fence was installed. Installation of the fence was quick and trouble-free. Here are some pictures if you are interested in seeing our work.

New fence in Sacramento

Today we tore out an old lattice fence. There was a bunch of dry rot to the wood post and framing, the new wood members are pressure treat lumber. Dog eared fence boards were nailed to the face of the framework.
