During a recent deck inspection water damage was found to the framing members under the deck. Wood decking damage can not always be seen from the top of the deck. Knowledge of the nature of dry rot and water damage can help prevent serious damage to your deck.

  1. That is scary...any leaks and water seepage should be taken care of else hell is going to open lose and you are going to be attacked by the mold problem.

  3. This is deadly and seepage and water affecting the area is sure to cause a lot of damage...so such areas need immediate attention always.
